You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before closure (terms apply).
If prohibited activity is detected or these terms are violated, QPOker may close the account without prior notice.
In the event of a dispute, you must first submit a written complaint to QPOker support. If the matter is not resolved within 14 business days, you may request independent mediation.
